Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
It's free for 14 days, starting when you finish signing up. No card needed to start. To continue, add a card before the 14 days end. If you don't, the texts stop.
When am I charged?
If you add a card during the 14-day trial, the first charge is on the day the trial ends, then monthly. If you add it in the last two days of the 14-day trial or later, you're charged right away, then monthly.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from Settings or by email. Texts continue until the end of the month you've paid for. Everything they wrote or recorded stays saved.
Who pays?
The person who set up the account. No one in the circle is charged, and your loved one never sees a bill.
What happens if a card fails?
We email you and try the card again. Texts continue while we retry. If it still fails, we pause the texts until it's fixed. We never text your loved one or the circle about billing.
Is there anything else to buy?
No. One monthly price covers everything.
