What we believe

  • Nobody should have to be watched to be cared for

    The family pays, but every message is written for the person receiving it: warm, plain, unhurried, never clinical, never a test.

  • Their words are theirs

    Every answer is kept as written and read by their circle alone. Nothing is scored, summarized, sold, or inferred from.

  • A person decides

    When a morning goes unanswered or a reply needs attention, the people who know them are told in plain words. We never decide for them.
